The Welcome Dinner starts this exciting event on the evening of the 27th of September 2011 from 7pm-10pm, so please make sure you are there and keep this in mind when you make your travel arrangements.
The Conference Registration Fee includes the Welcome Dinner, lunch and coffee breaks for the 3 conference days. Breakfast will be included with your accommodation depending upon the hotel option you choose. Dinner can be on your own with friends in any of the wonderful restaurants in Budapest.
There is also an optional City Tour of Budapest for a small fee of 20 EUR exclusively for QX World Conference Attendees. This is a private bus tour with an English speaking guide with the opportunity to see the major sites of Budapest and walk around as well. The tour starts from the Zara Continental Hotel (The Conference Hotel) on Tuesday 27 September 2011 at 1.30pm and will bring you back to the Conference Hotel by 5pm.
