Dr. Heleen Coetzee is Professor Emeritus at the University of Pretoria and was head of the Department of Histology until her retirement. She received her PhD from the University of Johannesburg. Her thesis focused on the gastrointestinal tract of various animals including man. Her Masters degree was in Microbiology and Bachelors degree in Genetics, Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.
In her professional life as a lecturer in Anatomy and Cell Biology she taught medical and dental students the anatomical structure of the human body on cadavers in the dissection halls, as well as the structure of tissues and organs under the light and electron microscope. She has co-authored four books on Anatomy and Micro- Anatomy, and also has a qualification in Tertiary Adult education. At present she is a part-time lecturer in cellular biology (Histology) teaching the medical and dental student in the Anatomy Department of the Medical University of South Africa.
As a researcher in cellular biology Professor Coetzee became interested in the quantum characteristics of cells having come across published research by Hameroff, Kirschoff, James Crick (Nobel Prize for DNA) and others. Four years ago she was introduced to the SCIO in an attempt to help her manage the stressors that worsen her autoimmune disease. Her health improved so markedly that she was able to start a quantum biofeedback practice and help people gain relief as she had. In the process of helping others she wanted to know how it was possible for the SCIO to produce the results that it did at cellular and quantum levels. This brought her back to her original interest and study of the quantum characteristics of cells. This study has led her to sharing her knowledge on quantum cellular biology through a series of lectures on Quantum Physics and Quantum Cellular Biology to Quantum Biofeedback practitioners in South Africa. After completing the Quantum Diplomate course she became a Quantum Instructor for The Quantum Academies in South Africa and a Quantum Master after presenting a lecture at the 9th Quantum Masters Congress.
